Stop dreaming:START DOING!
Street vendors are the proof of Filipino spirit in terms of entrepreneurship.
This is the typical scenario when you walk along the metro manila. Everyday? nah. Did you know that the Filipino vendors are nocturnal? Yeah, you can see a lot of stalls even at night. This is how they fight in order to deal with poverty. They are endeavoring to fulfill the responsibilities as we are, but we all have different ways. No matter how different states we're standing right now, I still salute everyone!
Most of them are exposed to strong sun, heavy rains and extreme heat/cold but never heard an objections. They're encountering a rude costumers but still entertaining them in a nicest way as I saw last night. I'm on a bus going home around 9-10 pm. A peanut and candy vendor jump up inside. Since he has a bulky basket and a candy box, he didn't manage to hold on the hand trails. He's basket hit a woman and ask for an apology. In our surprise, that bitch (i'm sorry, I just hate her) shouted on the old man. The vendor said "sorry po mam" but the bitch looks like didn't heard something. She kept on shouting and telling how disgusting it is to woke up by a hit of a basket. OVERACTING! I almost shouted but my man said not to say so. Ghad! Until now, I want to punch that woman directly on her face for treating the old man that way. Woo! Goin' back to the topic.
Filipino vendors has the patience of a customer service representative, strategy of a manager and a spirit of "never say die" of an athlete.
I have this one story of the most successful business tycoon since then. Do you have an idea of who is the man behind the Supermarkets in the Philippines? He is no other than Mr. Henry Sy. He was born in China but followed his father in the Philippines to escape the poverty at the age of 12. They lived in a little space.
They started a small sari-sari store but didn't last because of the world war II. Due to what happened, he's father decided to go back to China but he did not. He's faith and determination didn't pushed him back to his own land. He enrolled himself to school but didn't able to finish, however it isn't enough for him to get discouraged. He fought for his dreams. He worked from dawn until late at night. He started soon a small shoe business in Marikina. Their hard work eventually earned them a better way of life. To make the story short, in year 1985 from a small shoemart, a supermall was opened. As of now there are already 43 malls across the Philippines. Mr. Sy collected a lot of awards which he really deserves.
There is no such thing as overnight success or easy money. If you fail; do not get discourage; try again. When you do well, do not change ways. Success is not just good luck: it is a combination of hard work, good credit standing, opportunity, readiness and timing. Success will not last, if you do not take care of it.
King of retail - Mr. Henry Sy.
Did he gave up? Never. If Mr. Sy did it, why can't we?
Honestly, i'm not really into business. I didn't want to convince someone for a stuff but I really admire the vendors. I salute them all for their perseverance. They inspires me day by day to work hard to be able to succeed.
What I'm thinking now is, can I consider steemit as my business?
After a couple of seconds, It's a YES. We're investing time and idea.
We're engaging to one another. We're motivating and inspiring ourselves for a goal. Being a successful steemian is a successful man/woman in real life. The best way to predict future is to create it. Always remember that very successful person was once an unknown person that refused to give up on their dreams.
DO SOMETHING TODAY THAT YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU FOR. STEEM ON!

You would have encountered some difficulty in using code within another code. We can discuss that more in length if you would like to.

YES! Minsan may mga taong reklamador talaga sa buhay and started giving up. Then blame the goverment for what’s happening to them instead of doing something to make their lives to get back on the track and start a new day.
This is very inspiring :)
Right. Even us, we keep on whining sometimes on the struggles given to us. Instead of doing something to overcome. Let's use what we see and what we heard to start up. We will be successful someday! :)
Thank you for dropping by @icarus25 <3
