• I love this as you have written it because it seems to me that it is a phrase that is local to you, and so it gives a glimpse into your culture.

• IF you wanted to say it in a more common English phrase you would say, "This one is not to be underestimated by any means.

I will look at the child bearing which is a whole lot of burden to her talkless of upbringing the child.

• First off, there is her childbearing role which is a huge burden to her, not to mention the upbringing of the child.

She's the first teacher to the child, and also a family health officer in the household.

• She's the child's first teacher, and she's also the household's Family Health Officer.

Always concerned about the physical well being of the members.

• She is always concerned about the physical well-being of her family members.
