A big shoutout to you sir @surpasinggoogle indeed you are a man that has we steemians at heart especially minnows.

I have always had this stage fright thing especially in music. @thankgodikkc and @happymichael can attest to that. I always like having a close group made up of say like maximum of 6 people, so i don’t really like facing a crowd even to speak.

I never imagined this kind of contest would come up, but since it did I gotta give it my best shot and please don’t laugh at my voice because it is a little bit tiny. I know there that it won’t be just one or two persons watching but thousands. Either way I hope you all are impressed by my entry especially you sir @surpassinggoogle.

My untalented song entry is titled FIRE (by Davido).

P.S: DON'T LAUGH AT MY TONE

**_WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS SONG?

• I chose this song because of the rhythm and lyrics of the song. Seriously, you can dance to the guy’s song with any dance move you choose. You should see me singing it when not video taping. The song is just so dope that I am carried away when it is being played.

**_WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE ARTISTE?

• Well I have been listening to davido’s track since made his first debut and I can tell that he has improved. When he started “dami duro”, “fans mi”, “gobe” and the likes he was looked upon as an upcoming artiste.
But now after, with his hits “fall”, “the money” (really loved this one then), and this particular one I sang “Fire”, he began to be rated among the top musicians of his time in my country.

Looking at Davido (a.k.a O.B.O), I would really say that he has tremendously improved and he is one the top musicians producing top hits in the country.

**_Hence the saying “Practice makes perfect.”

**_EMOTIONS I FEEL WHILE LISTENING TO THE SONG?

• The song gives me this sense of happiness and freedom. The feeling sure is good.

**_DID YOU BECOME A BETTER SINGER?

• Well just by listening to the song, you would notice the constant changes in tones. So, Definitely a NO. (I kinda don’t have a control over my tone) So I would just be like **HIGH, **LOW, **HIGH, **LOW, and like that.

**_DID THIS BOOST MY CONFIDENCE?

• What I did in that video, I have never done before in front of anybody. I couldn’t have ever imagined posting a video of myself for the whole world to see. Trust me I just registered for YouTube. I don’t even Skype so that shows how unconfident I was before this entry. So sure enough this untalented-singsong entry did indeed over boost my confidence.

**_DOES MUSIC LIKE ME?

• The answer to that would be an outright NO. I love music so much that I has got me in trouble with my mother (the issue of using headphone when playing music). Still that didn’t deter me from listening music.
So in as much as I love music, music doesn’t love me (I mentioned my tone problem, right?).

**_WOULD YOU CONSIDER GOING INTO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY LATER IN FUTURE?

• Don’t know yet, let’s see where this river of life will take me to. Looking at myself right now, NAH, I don’t think so.

**_WHAT WOULD BE YOUR ADVICE TO STEEMIANS WHO HAVEN’T PARTICIPATED IN THIS ENTRY YET?

• Well I know that most of you steemians are shy especially minnows like me, but trust me when I say that you don’t have to be shy in front @surpassinggoogle and the other loving steemians out there.
