YOU ARE UNIQUE!

We all have our own struggles in life, we all have our own differences, no two people are alike even twins have their own personalities.

We as individuals have our own unique personality. A distinct feature that makes us different from everyone else.

With that being said we should not compare ourselves with other people. Cause more often than not we tend to get discouraged or disappointed if we feel inferior or we see that our achievements are lesser or if we lose in a competition.

Most of the time we pattern our lives with other people's lives, may it be our siblings, our friends or our neighbors and what happens is we get depressed or sad if what they have is better than what we have. That is a sad reality of life. We have a hard time accepting defeat.

I know this is not easy, we may cry when we get defeated or if we are not successful with what we want, however, we should not succumb easily we should learn to see the bright side of things. Because there is always something to be thankful for. We should learn to accept failure, make it as a stepping stone to be happy and learn to move on.

We sometimes base our happiness when our achievements are far better than other people. I am not saying that everyone are like this but can we not be happy with the small blessings that we have in our lives? Can we try to live simply and learn to be happy with what we already have?

I understand that it is easier said than done, but expecting extravagantly or expecting things to happen in our lives often causes disappointments if we fail to achieve or get what we want. I am not saying to aim less but what I suggest is to first learn to be happy with what you have now. Accept it wholeheartedly, learn to count your blessing all the time and you'll realize that there are a lot of things in your life to be thankful for.
