Bukan teman, jika dia hanya sibuk mendekat saat kita sehat, kaya, berkecukupan dan tertawa, tapi kabur menghilang saat kita miskin, jatuh, dan punya masalah. Bantu mendoakan saja, sesuatu yang mudah sekali dilakukan, dia pura-pura lupa.

Bukan teman, jika dia hanya cengengesan sok akrab saat ada maunya, tapi lenyap ditelan bumi saat maunya sudah beres, dan tidak butuh lagi.

Sungguh bukan teman, orang-orang yang berkerubung karena manis lezatnya sesuatu, semangat mendukung, tapi bilang tidak kenal saat tinggal pahit getahnya.

Tidak perlu melirik orang lain. Tidak perlu asyik menilai orang lain. Karena boleh jadi kitalah pelakunya.
