I don't Understand

I am confused, why does Monty still have a job? If I am the owner, he would have been fired after the game. He gets out coached, and the suns do not run a offense. They do one high pick and roll and then get jammed and start turning it over. That is like 3rd grade stuff. Mean while the nuggets run a high post, low post, high roll, back cuts, you name it.
