Our Little Secret...Sun and Moon

This is a little mythological story that I wanted to share with you, I feel identified with it and maybe you also identify with it.

"When the sun and moon first met, they fell in love and began to live a great love. Someone chose that when the Earth was created, the Sun would light up the day and the Moon the night, so they would have to separate. They were both very saddened, knowing that they would never see each other again.

Though they tried to be strong apart and the Sun could hold out, the Moon could not. So the Sun asked them to keep the Moon company, as it would not last long alone, and the stars appeared. And so they live, the Sun pretending to be happy, and the Moon without being able to hide its sadness. The Sun burns with passion for her, and the Moon lives in the darkness of her sorrow.

Many men have tried to conquer the Moon, but they have never succeeded, they have always returned alone. BUT NO LOVE IS TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE, NOR EVER THE ONE OF THE MOON AND THE SUN, so one day, the eclipse was created.

Today, the Sun and the Moon live waiting for that moment, that moment where they can be together and love each other no matter what else."
