Diet starts tomorrow

Diet, training, joy, sweat and tears.
Many of us who engaged in working on the body, have experienced increased amount of well being. How can it then be, that only a few of us keeps at at and make clearly improvements.

Next to playing guitar I started at a early age playing sports like tennis, football.
By the time of 12 years old the reality of being tall and skinny was that the bullies started to pick on me. After several not pleasant occasions. It became clear that I had to learn to defend myself.

The local gym was an karate may Thai club. From there on my life started to improve. More confident, calm, focused.
After training for awhile we incorporated weight training. And slowly started to change the body.

For 30 years I'm absorbing information about diet, training, health, motivation. And my personal experience with gaining muscle loosing weight.
