The "bidbots" strategy needs to stop. Steemit is being deprived of good content due to these bots.
When i came here on steemit, i thought that it would be a good place to write and share my content with people. It was like the best opportunity for me to showcase my opinions. The system of a cryptocurrency and steem power made me feel like everything is under my control. BUT!!
The main problem i am facing here is that "THE BIG WHALES" or the articles on the trending page are using bidbots to make their articles a part of trending category. In this case, the newbies or the steemians with low steem power are struggling really hard to get their article even on the trending page. But obviously not even a single newbie with a withering steempower can compete with a bidbot, a bidbot that has a steem power of whales.The steemians who don't use bots write new content everyday creatively so that their content, by any chance, may get upvoted to the hot or trending page but our efforts will always go in vain against these bots.I am writing this small article and i hope this appeal of ours doesn't go unheard. Please help me get this content out there on the top so the steemit can understand the situation here and take an action regarding this matter.I know there are lot of steemians who are getting a lot of content out here by spending hours in writing and don't know why there content is left unread. My fellow steemians, these bots are the reason behind your content going to trash.

but this has to stop @towjam .... i have seen many accounts here that have good content but are two months old with 1 or 2 upvote and eventually they have left steemit
Agreed wholeheartedly.....so what I try to do is instead of going to hot or trending I go on new and look for good content I can resteem and upvote.
I wrote a similar thing a few weeks ago about people also putting quantity out without quality. It's another angle people use to get votes.
What I meant is that those trying to use the platform correctly we just keep going, making people aware and trying our best.
