The UN Security Council's delegation, which is in Cox's Bazar, is on a two-day visit to visit the situation of the Rohingyas fleeing Myanmar in the face of torture.

The delegation will visit Rohingya camp on Zero Point of Bandarban border on Sunday. As well as look around the border area.

Later, they will visit the Kutupalong Rohingya Camp in Ukhia. At that time, they will talk directly to the Rohingyas who have fled from Myanmar inhuman torture.

After discussions and discussions with Rohingya, journalists are expected to meet in a press briefing, Cox's Bazar district police spokesman Additional Superintendent of Police Afrozzul Haque Tutul said.

Additional Superintendent of Police said that strict security measures have been taken in Cox's Bazar surrounding the delegation. For the past two days, a large number of law enforcers have been deployed in the Marine Drive area including Cox's Bazar City, Ukhia and Teknaf upazilas.

Cox's Bazar District Commissioner Mohammad Kamal Hossain told Jugantar, "This is the largest and most important delegation team to visit Rohingya in Bangladesh. After the delegation's visit to the delegation, a lot of benefits can be expected to solve the Rohingya problem.

According to reliable sources, the delegation of the UN Security Council will leave the day-long activities of Rohingya camp on Sunday and will leave Cox's Bazar for Dhaka for special aircrafts at 3:30 pm.

After a courtesy visit with the Prime Minister on Monday morning, the delegation is going to visit Bangladesh from Myanmar.
