Hello dear ULOGS community, I want to believe we all had a great day or we are great time already, I could hear someone say I'm giggling and chuckling at a party or night club or bar right now, while another can say, I'm just hanging out with my group of BFFL (Best Friends for Life). That's so cool.

The truth is its been a busy day for me here, and have also had a bad network reception around my area today, I couldn't do so much today, you know what I mean, I could not spend so much time blogging, because from my rising till now has been so full of work load.

I believe you've not forgotten my routine, since i told you yesterday that my rising is between 5:30am-6:00am, and the first thing I do is to pray, and praise God, I read my daily devotional, My Bible, meditate and pray my rosary.

It has been a splashful Friday for me, I know for many who have been craving for break, after a week long hectic routines, I could hear you say TGIF (Thank God is Friday), I could not agree with you less, it has been fun filled as well, It rained today, and there was a radiant sparkling sunshine, the sky was so bright and sunny!

I went to school to go see my project supervisor, since I am in my final year, and I just rounded off my exams for the semester (first semester to be precise), so I think it is time now to start my project work, trust me its going to fun for me, because i love hard work, research and analysis and writing, of course i did told you I am a writer, it's nothing but another opportunity to explore, challenge and contribute to the existing body of knowledge, and above all, to also view the works of other intellectual capacities who have contributed immensely to the body of knowledge, I am so privileged, hence I am humbled. Surprisingly, He was not around, I was disappointed, but i blamed myself, I didn't call him before going to his office, so, i picked myself up, instead of been down casted, I pomped with joy, felt so ignited again to try out other things, trust me I chatted with a couple of friends and went straight back home.

After I got home around 3pm, I went straight to relax, ad then have my nap, to my surprise, I ended up sleeping for 3 hours, 30 minutes, let me also hint you that I have laid my hand on a classic motivational, inspirational classic, a book by James Allen: As A Man Thinketh, I have been exploring, digging, and its been such a great fun for me, though i started yesterday, but I am making progress gradually, it has been a challenging but mind boggling, mind changing, heart and soul soothing classic for me, trust me, yes it has been and is.

Why A Splash Friday?

My dear friends, lovers, and readers, I am not here to waste your time as a friend, but I am here to fire your spirit up, motivate you and help you to find a good reason to believe in yourself.
Forget about your Boss who has been a total jerk to you since the beginning of the week, better things you should worry yourself about is; How much value have I created this week, How imparted have people been all through the week, how many people felt so blessed by coming in contact with you, since they do not know your Boss, nor do they know your line managers but they had an encounter with you, were you able to make them believe in themselves that they have a worth, hence, they are not useless, nor should they feel forsaken.

Even if you are a salesman or a marketer, and you could not meet up with your sales target, or even if you met those customers or potential customers who were a total jerk, despite they treated you badly, you couldn't get them to change their minds to buy from you even though you gave all explanations and reasons they should, know that when there is life, there is hope, learn always to never judge the past failure, temporary defeats, as a permanent failure, for past failures, or set backs do not determine future profitability nor an increased sales margin guaranteed, be convinced that you are not the same man you were when you worked into that office, workshop or project site in the beginning of the week, the solution is don't ever get satisfied with your current state, never settle less for something you can achieve greater and better, continue to achieve your goals, vision and objectives progressively, remember effectiveness and efficiency are the key to the life of any man, strive for competence, always improve on yourself, read the book about becoming a good sales man or marketer, buy the book at the book store, attend the seminar, conference, webinars, pay the price so as to get the prize, success does not appeal to emotions and does not bow to prayers alone, it cowers at hard work, honesty and consistent hard work,continuously creating and promoting values, integrity especially be a man whose words are and can be taken as substance. Be sincere, stay objective, work on constructive criticisms and always learn to look at the big picture, abandon the association of the pessimist, be an optimist and surround yourself with people of pessimistic spirit for whatever you attract, you become.

In conclusion, I will advise you that you have tried your best for this week, and trust me, believe in yourself, you deserve a bottle of beer/wine, whatever your preference is, go for it, play a good blues, or country music, or hip hop, dance, shake your body, life is too short not to be enjoyed, in all you do, think about God, your last days, and after you depart this world, what would your want to be remembered for, affect lives, change them positively and i urge you to become a beacon of hope to the hopeless, a valley of openness, be selfless, be charitable, never forget the less privileged around you, learn to give people another chance to redeem their image, don't give up on people easily, and always know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Enjoy your weekend, it shall be blissful and fruitful, let your heart, love for a better world, an improved humanity, and a good world for all to live in be what drives you.

I will always enjoy every moment of my life no matter what happens, whether in good times, bad times or in challenging moments because I know have the power to overcome, as there is no limitation except the one Man creates with his mind. Remember, As a Man thinketh in his heart so,is he.
