on this day I want to share my ulog activity is to hunt culinary cuisine that is very popular in my city. its famous food color has a very typical cuisine will taste. many people who want to try it.
Materials of Asem Vegetables

1 piece of sweet corn that has been cut into four
1 bunch of long beans that have been cut according to taste
50 grams of peanut
50 grams of menlinjo skin
1 piece of squash that has been peeled and cut into dice
Leaves melinjo if you like
5 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 large red chili
2 tbsp of tamarind water
1 galangal segments that have been contaminated
2 bay leaves
How To Make Vegetable Asem
Take chili, red onion, garlic, then sliced thin and set aside.
Heat oil, sauté the chilli sliced, garlic, and onion. Enter also galangal and bay leaf, then saute again until the smell of fragrance.
Add water approximately 750 ml, cook again until boiling.
After boiling, put squash, corn, peanut, beans, and melinjo skin.
After cooking briefly, add salt, sugar, and tamarind water, then stir until well blended.
Cook back vegetables lodeh until cooked, then turn off the fire and enter the leaves melinjo.
