ULOG: day#24 the activity of making a sponge for a world cup dish)

good afternoon steemian uloggers all how weekand today hopefully very fun once .. and of course are beraktifitas as usual
on this day I'm doing the activity of making a sponge for my casual dish while watching the world cup tonight
therefore I want to prepare the snack

Weekend snack for this day while again relax and tidam kemana2 😋😊😂😂 prescription s 😍 shere permission ya say 😊 cuuss recipe 😍

Ingredients:

-500 gr sugar
-500 cc warm water
-Have a thick frying pan ... light a fire kecill ... pour sugar let soluble average ...

• water pans slowly (hati2 when pouring ya let sugar dissolve and shrink until the remaining water 500 cc ... chill ...
  -200 gr butter (I wear blue band) melt and let it cool .. set aside
  
  -5 btr eggs
  -200 cc skm (I use skm brown)
  1/2 tsp vanilli
  Whisk for 8 minutes until average ... set aside
  
  -150 gr sago
  -150 gr flour triangle
  -1 tsp baking powder
  -1 tsp baking soda
  4 dry bhn is sifted

Carabuatnya:

1. In the container a bit broad ... dry bhn input ... make a hollow pd bag the middle ... pour little by little egg batter ... stir it around with the help of whisk

1. After the average ... enter the liquid butter ... flatten
2. Finally pour gradually caramel liquids while continuing in stir until blended ... strain
3. Pour into baking pan. (Me: bakingpan uk 28cm) smeared with butter and sprinkle the flour until smooth
4. Bake until cooked according to each oven (me: 45 minutes)
