As a redfish there are three goal that I beleive are the most important Things to accomplish for your account.
Dustsweeper
as a redfise the majority of votes you receive will be under the dust. This is where @Dustsweeper come in. They will Increase any vote you receive that is under the dust, and increase it to where you will receive a payout from it. Here is their FAQ link
All that is required is to transfer 1 steem to them with you name in the memo. Don't forget to put the "@" in front of your nameSteemworld
Steemworld is a must because it allows you to monitor your Voting Power %. This is very important. There are also many other features that you can explore at your leisure. I keep steem world opened in a tab when ever I am in Steemit. Here is the link, https://steemworld.org/@yourname , to steemworld put you name where it is stated "your name".120 SP
I have been saying that a hard fork is coming on the 25th of Sept. The amount of SP you have will play an important role in the change. The 120 SP will come into play. So work hard at reaching this point.
All three are very important and I hope you take Heed of the advice.

There are 50 little wooden boxes and a tag for every one of them in the showcase on the wall above box # 32. I don't know what the purpose of the boxes and tags. What was placed in them would require some research.

Bottom right of the billboard was the list of Offences and fines. I found this interesting and very high price to pay as a fine for the times.
$50 fine for touching someone in a rude or insolent and angry manner. That has to be a years pay. And sure does put the hollywood version for that time a great deception

Thanks for the heads up on this. So, 120 SP is like a threshold between whether or not your upvotes matter after Hardfork 20, would that be correct?
Yes. Anything less will not be recorded on the Blockchain

If you have at least 120 sp and give a 10% vote it should not affect you. As long as the VP is run low
I wonder if those boxes/numbers at the very beginning of your post were treated like the equivalent of a safety deposit box today?

Hit the nail on the head with the SP advice. 120 should not be the target for redfishes though, just the starting point
It has to be the 1st objective. I have never let up on hitting 500 sp but for most that looks so far off. so to break that down to 120 people can see how to get there and the importance of hitting it will soon com into play.
