I have two suggestions:

First, your local accredited zoo will take them. How much you're willing to trust them about security is up to you, but their goal is making sure that the components don't end up killing animals, not recovering anything from the phone itself.

Second, find a metal shop with a hydraulic press. Nobody will be able to get data off of them after that and you can probably pay whatever it costs to use it by taking a video for DTube. People love hydraulic press videos.
