You only need to vote a post that made using third party application such as dtube, dsound or dlive.

As far as I'm aware it's only dTube that does this at this time. It's something @dtube actively does, not a built-in part of the platform. They take some of the post rewards through the beneficiary system and distribute them through their own curation algorithm.
