ULOG #06: This is my lunch menu today, boiled mussels | seafood
Today I bought a few kilos of shells and cooked them at home. Do you know about this seafood?
This shellfish is very tasty, by some people do various preparations. However, I only boiled it and then ate it with peanut sauce. It looks delicious, isn't it?
One thing that is unique about shells in my opinion is when you want to eat it, many people are not good at opening shells to eat the meat. This is certainly not a problem for those who often eat it, like me :)
