Ulog #5:Pilipinas Back to School 2018
It's that time of the year again. Preparation has to be done. I checked the school uniforms of my kids if there are any flaws I have to fix. I sewed buttons and shaved the lint from their blouses and skirts. This has been the most effective method I tried.

I also noticed that I have to buy them a new pair of black school shoes though my eldest insists that her old pair is still good. Then their most awaited moment has finally arrived, buying school supplies.
Last evening we went to our favorite bookstore chain, National Bookstore. Yehey!
I am as excited as they are. My brother and I grew up buying school supplies from this bookstore. Perceiving the familiar redolence of new pages of books, notebooks, and pad of papers excites me.
I can hear parents talking to each of their children these statements in an authoritative manner:
What's funny is that I also said all those things to my own children. I laughed hard when I showed my daughter a cute sparkly journal(my weakness) but then she turned and with a mocking face she replied,
She's definitely my kid!
This morning we continued our preparation by printing out their names and subjects, cut it out and stick them to notebooks and other kinds of stuff.
Next step is to iron their school uniforms after that I think we're prepared for the big day!
Hooray!
For parents out there, Hang in there, We can do this!
