"SLOW" - WORD OF THE DAY
I asked myself: What word can i use today to support me in my Living? Answer that popped up in my head: SLOW.
Initially in looking at the word slow my thinking went to, Ah yes, "Slow"...is a a word to support myself from stoppping myself from moving to quickly....being quick to react....being quick to judge..."Slow is good".
But then....
I still had questions about "Slow"...and thinking that 'slow' is when you don't think or learn quickly....you are regarded as 'slow'...and so this understanding was somewhat contradictory to the "slow is good" mentality of the word.
It's obvious to me that "Slow" can be regarded as "good" or "bad" based on the specifics of the situation....but it's more about "slow" being just a point of reference in regard to the pace of movement.
Something i've been exploring quite a bit is working with real slow movements as a way to strength train and increase speed. Sometimes it's by slowing down that we are able to speed up....and sometimes we got to speed up in order to slow down.
"Slow" is the word play support of today and the real regard I will be taking from this is about "pace" - when there is no hurry or rush to get anywhere else - seeing here without fear is quite clear.
"Slow" is a reminder play today to "take your time"....but not tooo much time....balance exists within the ability to slow down and speed up.
"Slow" is Lasting or Taking a Long Time.
Sometimes the "slow" start really does seem to end up lasting forever because because it took so long to really get going....now that you got going....you're good to go indefinitely....you got it indefinitely because you really took your time to know yourself through and through.
Go Slow....
"F"Low...the F is like an "S"....Flow and Slow go together like 'stop and go' - together movement.

"Yes - I accept a weekly payment for being a human being to cover my basic costs of Existing Here."
I believe you can learn a lot about the value of slow by watching a cat. Which is another way of saying that Humans often place too much value on "quick" vs. "good/effective."
Even take things like schools: The first answer is often more important than the best one; we say things like *"the early bird gets the worm" and the world is filled with similar idioms.
I like to think of "slow" as meaning deliberate; meaning that you make and take time to do things to their highest advantage.

In my country Indonesia there is a phrase that is very familiar "slowly but surely", " let's slowly but always saved" and that's so sadness my country famous about "rubber hour" due to the frequent of people too late to keep their promise..Lol
