#ULOG No. 27: "Filipino Style Creamy Carbonara Ala Princes"
Filipino Style Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Carbonara is very timely for the holidays. And mostly we filipino look how to be more creative in food so we try different meat inside when you will tuna or ground beef to your creamy pasta carbonara you can try it too not only bacon.
Ingredients:
1Kg. Del Monte Pasta, Only Follow the procedure what they have so your pasta will be more better.
1 Onion, Sliced
4 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
2 Knorr Beef Broth
250grams Bacon
200grams mushroom
500ml All purpose cream
154ml Evaporated Milk
950grams Parmesan
2egg
Spring Onion
Procedure:
Step 1: In low heat, Hot the bowl pan, Add the bacon wait until the oil go out and golden brown the bacon.
Step 2: Set aside the bacon in bowl pan, Saute garlic and wait until ligth brown, after add onion and wait until transparent.
Step 3: Add the mushroom and stir it in a minute.
Step 4: After add the beef broth cubes and stir it until the cubes melt and evenly mix.
Step 5: Add the all purpose cream and mix it well, After add the evaporated milk and slowly mix it evenly to all purpose cream and stir it in a minutes.
Step 6: Add the parmesan after stir it until evenly mix.
Step 7: After you can add the eggs and wait only until eggs is cook already.
Step 8: While stirring your creamy sauce add the spring onion and turn off the heat.
Step 9: Yepey! your creamylicious pasta carbonara is ready to serve to your family and friends. Deliciously eat this in holiday with complete family and love ones.
