Every hour we had our raffle and I’m crossing my fingers everytime for the major prizes. The management is kind enough to give iphones,psp 4 and smart tv’s to the employees. I am eyeing for the Iphone X. I’ve already deal it with the buyer ahahaha unfortunately, my name is not called for Major prizes but I’m still a winner.

There’s 5 minute thunderous fireworks display , the skies is filled with colorful lights. I have mixed emotion as I watched the dazzling lights soaring up in the air, it is beautiful but it will not stay long, soon it will dissipates in the air. It give wonders but only temporary, how I wish, there is fireworks display every night ahaha. If this will happen, I think some people will not appreciate it anymore since it’s always visible for everyone to see plus it is costly.

I can feel the tension after the light display since Mam Ana one of the managers will have an important announcement.Her statement is a bomb to me, she’s resigning and will focus on her family, taking care of her child. Everyone is stunned. She's one of the pillar in the company working for more than 12 years now. She’s one of the pioneers here at 1&1. Tears were running through her cheeks as she made the declaration,what a big adjustment for her, nevertheless; I salute her for choosing her family over career. I am already immune to surprises I guess, almost every quarter,the office is bombarded with changes but the news lately is saddening. Most of the managers are resigning. What will happen if the pillars withdraws? I am concerned about the effect but I’m sure the higher ups has fallback plans.

We can’t really tell if we are working at the private sectors until when people stick around. Yeah, people come and go at work just like the fireworks, they are passing by. I will treasure the time spend with my colleague/friends at work. Time will come, we bid our goodbyes but the experiences we shared is infinite.
