ULOG # 2 Creepy and Scary yet Cute and Lovely

Spiders are air-breathing arthopods with eight legs. There are more than 35,000 species of them. Some are venomous like black widow,tarantulas, brown recluse and others.

In some countries,spiders are considered as pest and scary yet some consider them as a pet.

In our country (Philippines), these arachnid is not likely considered as a pest or a scary thing. We are fond of them. You can even see a 3 year old boy or even younger holding and playing a gagamba(spider).

Nescona Punetigera is the most common spider species in the Philippines. They have a round body,ussually with a four dots in their back and you can easily find them in the corn fields after the harvesting time.

But one time,when I was again on a hike, I found an unussual spider. It looks like the common spider but it has an odd shaped abdomen that is not so prominent.

Its my first time to see such spiders. The first thing that enters my mind is that, it is a breed of a common spider and an odd shaped abdomen spider. But then, theres no assurance to that. It's just my personal opinion.
