#ULOG DAY 13 - MINI BIRTHDAY

Hi Steemians!

Its Wednesday once again. And its still not Friday! Lol Im just excited for the weekend.

Today is the actual birthday of my second child, though his big celebration will be held on Saturday with the whole family.

I can't believe that my baby is now a toddler! Good luck to me on the running and chasing around once he learned his balance and starting walking.

I bought a small birthday cake for him and prepared a simple lunch. I wasn't able to bake the cake the other night for Little Mãli has started a new sleeping pattern. This time, he is quite sleeping late at around 10-11pm. Unlike before that he is already knockout on those times.

Anyway, Little Mãli was quite curious on his cake.
He kept trying to reach it while I was busy doing something.

And when I turned and look for him again, i caught him off guard. Haha

Okay! Okay, I give in. I allowed him to have a little icing on him. He seemed to like it for he keep asking for more. And who does not like cake anyway??

Looking at my son, I could only smile. We are both celebrating our milestone together. As parents, we also grow with them. We get to learn new things even if you gave birth the nth time. Every child is unique and different from the other.

Kuya Maque as a kid, he already knows what he wants. From day 1, he already have inclination towards cars. His first love was Lightning Mcqueen, and up to now. That is why, wheneever I am away I would buy a toy car as my surprise and bride for being away for too long. He has many mini cars to date. Im glad some of it are still alive. Lols... just enough to share it with his little brother.

On the other hand, Little Mãli has no favorite toy at all. I find it amazing and I wonder too. He would play almost anything that you will give him. But he will never get the same toy over and over again. Actually, he has no patient in playing the same toy. He wants to play on new things, that would excite him better. So as a clever mom (hahahaha), I kept innovating toys and I dont buy new ones. One best innovations I made was the Ice bag balloon. He liked it! Hahaha and when he gets tired, he just drop them like I dont care. Oh boy! He has an attitude, I know right.. 🤣😂

Im glad I have my mini me in boy versions. My living treasures. They keep my sanity on point.

That's all for now. I still have lots to do and prepare for the big day. Wish me luck!
