The four-goal encounter between Japan and Senegal is one of the most entertaining matches of the WorldCup 2018. The two team share 2 goals in 4 goal encounter with Japan Came for behind twice to make a 2-2 draw with Senegal. Both Senegal and Japan were unbeaten after the end of matchday2 and both shares the top spot with the 4 point each. Senegal makes the lucky breakthrough from Sadio Mane and takes the lead in the 11th minute of the match, the shot from Sabaly from the was tired to punch by Japan keeper Eiji Kawashima which struck on Sadio Mane’s knee and passed Japan's goal line. Japan levelled the match on the 34th minute of the match from Takashi Inui's goal. Inui took over possession after the beautiful diagonal run from Yuto Nagatomo in Senegal's box, the Inui score the beautiful curling goal in the bottom right corner of Senegal post.
Senegal retook the lead in the 71st minute of the match from 19- year-old Moussa Wague's powerful strike from inside the box. But once again Senegal lost the lead, the 2nd half substitute Japanese midfielder Keisuke Honda scored in an open post. It took only 6 minutes to score a goal for a substitute player Honda.
Both teams had shown their best seal the victory but couldn't succeed to snatch the three points. A victory for either of the team would have booked their place to the round of 16. The matchday2 game between Poland vs Columbia of the Group H is yet to be played but no team from this group will be through to the round of 16 after completion of matchday2.
