#ULOG 011: My Friend's Birthday Blast! | A Fellow Ulogger

Birthdays are fun days we always look forward to every year. When a birthday comes along, it's easy to compare which birthday was the best, which birthday was the worst, that sort of thing. Either way, yesterday was a fun day we'll never forget. It was @mannylumanao's birthday and we had a little celebration! 😊

SURPRISING THE BIRTHDAY BOY AT BON APPETEA 🎉

At 5 PM yesterday, the five of us (Mark, Manny, April, Meriedel, and I) went to Bon Appetea, a milk tea shop near our university. Without Manny knowing, we went there to wait around for Zyrah and Melgie to arrive because they were the ones assigned to buy balloons. I don't know if he was just acting as if he didn't know that we would be surprising him (haha).

Here are some of the photos that I took, the shop's interior, and the milk teas that we ordered. Anyways, we waited almost an hour for Zyrah and Melgie to come.

It was nearly 6 PM when they arrived. They were holding balloons and a cupcake singing a "Happy Birthday" song. I didn't have the chance to record a video of us singing because I, too, was also surprised (Haha! LOL). I managed to take photos though. 😆

DINNER AT BBU-Q 🍴

After all the picture-taking and fun moments, it's dinner time! We phoned few friends to come and join us for dinner. And since it's @mannylumanao's birthday, it's his treat! Finally, we had dinner at BBU-Q, a barbecue diner just a few meters away from Bon Appetea.
