麻六记美食欣赏——川菜之一“甜烧白”
Today let's appreciate a famous kind of SiChuan cuisine--- the delicious sweet food named "TianShaoBai " from "MaLiuJi".
今天我们一起欣赏一道著名的川菜甜点,来自麻六记的“甜烧白”。

MaLuJi/麻六记 is a new brand name of the most popular Chinese restaurant chain specializing in Si Chuan cuisine, whose boss Ms. Zhang Lan is the founder of "Qiao Jia Nan"--the nominated purveyor of Chinese food during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Shang Hai World Exo in 2009.
麻六记是一家主营川菜的中国餐饮新品牌名字,前身是为2008年北京奥运会和2009年上海世博会提供中餐服务的俏江南。
