My entry into Six week Health challenge ,Week 2
Hi, after going through this post, i decided to do something simple but healthy and that is fruit kabobs with a low fat cream dessert
Ingredients
1.mango
2.pawpaw
3.straw berry
4.apple kiwis
5.kabob skewers
Procedure:
- I will first slice the ,strawberries,pawpaw, apple, pineapple,mango,kiwis into bite size piece
2.thereafter i will insert the pieces into kabob
skewers
- I prepare a low fat cream is prepared in which i combine with the fruit kabob
It looks pretty simple but trust me. Its really healthy
