ULog #4: Paying Electric Bill ft. Traffic Jam

Good Day everyone! My day started very early because I have to pay our electric bill because it is scheduled for disconnection if not paid within 48 hours so I have to rush to the electric company. The way going there was too smooth but going home wasn't the same. I got into a traffic jam.

Traffic definitely sucks. I say that since I live near Boston; getting from Wilmington to Boston ... That's a traffic-ridden route at the best of times. Never mind what it is at the worst.
