#Ulog Post 002 : Hello June!

It's the first day of school again for some of the students today. Also my first day of duty for this month. It only means I have to be extra early because of the traffic. Gone are my happy 2-months were in I can travel 30-40 minutes going to work. haha!

I thank God for our duty today because we're lacking of manpower. Two of our staff went on vacation leave. I prayed that it'll be a smooth 8-hour shift. So far so good, 2 days more and we're good!

I hope and pray that the additional staff will be granted to our department. As we all know nurses in the hospital/s are already getting fewer by the year. Some nurses resigned due to exhaustion, burnout or applying abroad after getting enough experience.

Nurses whose working their ass of but not getting enough compensations. I know all professions should deserve what they're working for. Don't get me wrong but for me, nurses are one of the many professions whom I think were also neglected or haven't been heared.

Then I went to a grocery store after my shift. These are my foods I think for about a week. Although sometimes I just buy food outside because I am too tired to cook.

And here's my mixed fruits ..(banana,apple,papaya,grapes,mango and watermelon) I will try to eat fruits for dinner because I eat too much rice in the evening and its not good. Also, my BMI is not that good few more pounds I will be overweight already.
