Good Evening to all Steemian's, I wish all is in good health, Today I want to share this to you guy's everyone's know that vegetables are good for our health, but some of the vegetables really stand out from the rest, here are some that I always included in my smoothies. I and my Husband always drink this very refreshing smoothies yet so full of Nutrients. The mixture of fruits and green leafy vegetables are just so perfect taste.
