Rice and chicken

Hello everyone. Now that the weekend is finally over, hope we enjoyed it.

I woke up this morning feeling quite unlike me. I wasn't in the mood for too many ceremonies. I came out of my room and realized that it was rice and chicken stew that was prepared for breakfast, I was so happy. I am a natural lover of rice but when it's rice and chicken stew my love for it is raise to power 2. So I decided to quickly go have my bath, put on my dress and i headed straight to the kitchen for breakfast. But to my greatest surprise, I got to the kitchen and the rice was finished. I felt so sad. It was as though my heart was ripped apart. So I had to settle for tea and bread.

After breakfast I headed straight to church and on my way back I stopped by an eatery and I got myself a plate of jollof rice and chicken. Yes finally, my appetite for rice was satisfied today.
