I think it’s because when I’m passionate, I will sound too serious and it’s hard to bring my content/experiences to a kid’s level.
Nevertheless I really want them to groom me that’s why I was willing to work for free.
And through teaching kids, slowly I’ll improve and give talks to older crowd.
That’s my objective.

I'd wish they reconsider their decision but I will not wish you good luck. There's no hard luck but hard work :)
