Ulog # 9: Heavy Rain Cause Flood to the Roads and not Passable

in #ulog6 years ago (edited)

Heavy rains keep pouring...
Many places were flooded..

For almost a week now, rain didn't stop pouring that's why many struggle to survive this rain and water flood by moving to a more secure and safe place like evacuation area. Some even can't come to work or to our Regional Convention because many of the road were not passable. So, a friend of mine took this picture from Dagupan City - the well known City in our province.

There's no even buses or public transportation can make it to take passengers because of the increasing level of the flood. So they use tract vehicles and rescue boats to help people there. But some were given warning not to go out travel because the roads were not passable like here in our place. Here's the update recently:

Roads National Highway Update:
as of July 21, 2018 | 11:00 am

Mangatarem to San Clemente (Tarlac) Not Passable to all type of vehicles

Aguilar to Bugallon - Not Passable to light vehicles

Bugallon to Labrador - Not passable to light vehicles

Lingayen to Labrador - Not passable to light vehicles

Camiling to Bayambang - not passable to all types of vehicles

Urdaneta to Santa Barbara - not passable to light vehicles

Santa Barbara to Calasiao - not passable to light vehicles

Calasiao to Dagupan City - not passable to light vehicles

In our place where I live, most drainage water overflow already and that cause flood in our area.

Some of my relatives were stranded and struggle to go home because of the flood. As of now rain stop, but still the clouds shows that heavy rain will pour again. So we decided to stay at home. But I never feel bored since I always have many things to do at home like doing household chores, cooking, do my online job and since I started to enroll in an online course I have plenty of time to study study and study. Well, were hoping and pray that this bad weather will soon stop. That's all for today..

So, please be safe everyone!!...

Flood like situation in so many places in all over the world

True, it is one of the major problems in the world! So were hoping that this will end soon..

Keep safe and pray..😇🙏

Yes, that's what we always do! Thank you..

The flood issue seem to be a global challenge. Just as @anishag has rightly commented, but the ways it's being managed will no doubt vary from country to country, and from cities to cities.
Nevertheless, I join you to thank @surpassinggoogle, as well as @hr1 for their unselfish generosity, just like you've noted.

Stay awesome @cutirenskei.
