ULOG 11 | Always invest in your passion

This will be my 11th #ulog post, to know about the #ulog you can read this and this post.
So basically #ulog let you became a celebrity, a star and even a superstar, and we on the other side will be your fans.

"I was lucky that programming became my passion"

19 days before the most awaited day comes, the fruit of my hard works and sacrifices, my Graduation day.

I was happy and sad at the same time, Why is that?

I was waiting for the most awaited graduation day, however some of my classmates and close friend didn't make it

All smiling and laughing, all dealing in our research studies and other school subjects. All dreaming to be wearing the black toga at the very same moment and marching to get the diploma, but now, it didn't happen.
One didn't make it in the list of the graduating students and I feel bad for him (I didn't mention him intentionally).
I can say that I make my very best to help them in their research studies, however, I still fail to make him join us.

I accompanied him in finding his client for the study, I even help him formulate the title and the possible flow of the system. I always talk about the progress of his system and documentation, however, I think the main reason for them not making it was lack of eagerness.

They both was not good in making system application and research documentation, I can even say that they literally can't make this two requirements. Also I think that Information Technology course was not their passion.

PASSION

Passion was the things that we love to do, it was the things that we feel happy every time we do it. Passion often appears as our skills and/or talents that we already have when we were born.

You see, you can say that you didn't love the skills and talents you have.

Singing is your passion, then I guess you have the talent in singing
Dancing was your passion, the I guess your skillful enough to dance

I have entered the Information Technology program without knowing a thing in the course, I just take the course just for the sake of having a Bachelor's degree and finish my college years.

It was very hare taking a course you don't know, you don't like and you don't and can't understand, however, to not disappoint my parents I push myself to understand and love the program and luckily I SUCCEED

What if I don't Succeed ?

If I don't succeed I was probably one of those students that was not on the graduation list. I might even make it in my fourth year in the program

It was a gamble, literally a gamble that might put me in a very bad situation, not just today but also in the future.

It was a gamble if I can cope up in the lessons.
It was a gamble if I can love and make programming my passion.
It was a gamble if I was born to be in the programming community.
It was a gamble if I was formed to be a programmer.

Taking a path that was not your passion, a path that you didn't love, a path that you didn't know and understand, a path that your'e not good at was almost a suicide.

In my case I was lucky that I get to love what I am doing, but their was still the question
"WHAT IF NOT?"

Before entering anything, whatever it is
be sure to know it
be sure to love it
be sure that your'e good at it
be sure that it was your passion
And if you do that, make sure to improve it more

Your'e passion defines what will you be tomorrow, Pretending to love and do things will give you a hard time and might waste your precious time. Don't wait to notice @teardrops coming out from your eyes because you were regretting the things that you've done.

To my friends and classmates that didn't make it now, you still have time and I will be always here lending both of my hands to help you out. Programming may be not the thing that you like, but I think backing out was not an option for you now. It was the last phase in your college life, well make it work.
