Exotic food Delicious |Food Photography

Hi!? steemians its been a long break since i last posted. I just want to share some of my experience when i was i kid.Bored, craving for something but, sad to say we dont have money to buy that food that we crave for.

And there this exotic food  found  from a tree. This is called (Kura-kol). It crawls under  the foliage and braches  of trees , carrying on its  back a dark  brown coiling shell. Is this poisonous?  No, cause  i my self has been eating this exotic food called "kurakol" since i was a kid. But in the other hand this exotic food is other people viand for there rice. This species  are found in the woods or forested areas of San fernando Cebu south.Nearly  in moist places .There are many of them when its rainy season . They live on trees as this snail eats leaves.. It's  so deliciouso. 

 1st thing to do in cooking this kind of species boiled it in the big pan of water  and last  it for how many minutes.
  2nd is after boiling it, get the meat out of the shell .Just use sharp object  like pins,  niddle or  fork. 
  3rd chopped your  seasonings . Garlic,onion and chili.. 

   4rth bring out a  pan , add  a little bit oil ,when the pan is heated  add your seasonings and  cook again its meet. (Adobong Kura-kol) .

When its cook, its is gummy and tastes like ("chicken adobo ").
