@ulogs, First of all i want to appreciate this initiative because, if we observe then one issue is common in Steem Economy and that is lack of Engagement.
And when we see the effective Contests which can engage us then for sure it will help us in the aspect of Retention and the main aspect is Engagement.
And what i really liked is, Contests are simplistic in nature and that's the positive point because in that way more and more Steemians can connect with these contests.
So keep up these initiatives because, #ulog is an Revolution because in short time more and more people are engaging with the #ulog and that's an amazing aspect.

That's a great point @chireerocks. There are many post of contests or challenges where i'd like to participate and interact, but when you read the conditions, it reads as a legal contract. One can only click away and try something else.
And i wonder if they really want people's interaction.
