Malongay(moringa oleifera)isknownas a medicinal plant and its also known as a high nutritionalplant and many called this a miracle tree.
But today i used malongay for cooking.
Thise afternoon i cook malongay for a meal. Here's the ingredients that i use;
malongay leaves,gata(fresh),salt,msg,magic sarap,onion,garlic,and dried fish .
After i preferred all the ingredients its time for cooking first i slice onoon and chop garlic and i turn on the hit and hit the pun with fresh coconut milk and put thr
e slice onion and garlic and mixed it to prevent wholeng of cucunot milk mixed and mixed untol it boil. If it boil pot the malongay leaves wait a few minute and put the dried fish and mixed it twice and wait until it cook..
After finish cooking its time to serve for the family meal and injoy eating....
