FIRST DAY AS A COLLEGE STUDENT?! - Ulog
Yep, it’s DAY 1 of my life as a college student. I got up early and got ready but as expected there were no teachers who attended the class, soo I skipped 2 subjects lol!
I saw familiar faces in my class who were from my previous school as well, so I approached them (which is not really my nature) to make friends. I thought I have to make the first move or else I’ll be a loner, I guess me approaching first won’t ever happen again 😂.
The day of empty rooms and absent professors continued until 7pm, finally we were informed that our 8pm class has got no professor so I can come home earlier than 10pm. Yep, my class ends that late which really sucks!
The road was busy, occupied and scary... It was a struggle to find an empty seat from any of the jeepneys but I was more concerned on being alone, thankfully a blockmate who I will be sharing the same ride and road tapped and joined me as we finally got into a vacant jeepney and sat along the heavy traffic. 🙄
I got home exhausted and hungry. I told my mama how my day went and immediately hit the hay.
College life sure is intimidating as I have seen a lot of stressed out upper year students rush around the campus to get to their next class but I guess that’s the major part of being one. All we need to do is strive hard and study harder without ofcourse forgetting our social life,ITS ALL ABOUT BALANCING academics and fun as well as learning TIME MANAGEMENT.
