ULOG#6.......The Contingency Planning of the Province

Good morning Steemian uloggers. A continuation of my experience in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro in a resort called Southdrive. It was already sunny when the planning workshop started and all the municipalities were present.

The Provincial Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Officer Vinscent Gahol delivered his welcome speech and the purpose of the contingency plan that we are doing.

As we started the planning workshop, we were grouped according to the hazard that we had prepared. I belonged to the group preparing for typhoon hazard.

This (top photo) is the group of PNP and Philippine Army preparing the plan when there is terrorrism and anti insurgency.

The planning continued on for two and the groups were exchanging data for the completion on each municipality. The outputs or plans will be deliberated by the PDRRM council for approval by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. These plans will be the references when any of the disaster strikes.
The plans were completed and those two days were so productive as we delivered the outputs. Till my next ULOG guys. For the coming Steemin Ulogs.
