ULOG#12......I Cooked This Before I Left
I have to go to Manila to attend my oathtaking for passing the Environmental Planner board exam. Before I leave, I cooked fish which is "sinaing". It is a fish stewed in a soup of onions, garlic, pepper, green chillies and kamias fruit.
The fish that I bought is a fresh kilo of mackerel. I divided it on half to broil.
This dish is easy to cook since everything will be combined in a pot and its just ready to be cooked.
So this dish tastes salty sour and peppery. It does not spoil for a long time and it can be recycled into ginataan or you can fry it after. That is the economy of this dish. So I have to go now and leave this for another day.
I want some fried fish and grits
