Why maximise Caucasian casualties worldwide?

Oil reading reduced 12-14% by AI guided drone strikes. I’ve been reading that Ukraine has lost and it’s just a matter of time to see the inevitable Russian victory and takeover.

I can tell you that there is much more that can be done by Ukraine, with USA and NATO assistance, to incentivize the withdrawal of occupying troops.

I have to conclude that for some reason the Biden administration wants to have a stalemate that maximizes both Ukrainian and Russian casualties.

There are three powers that want to maximize Caucasian casualties worldwide. Two of them have influence over the Biden administration. I suspect the stalemate is by the design of one or both.
