The six candidates are Tom Tugendhat, James Cleverly, Robert Jenrick, Kemi Badenoch, Priti Patel and Mel Stride. The pollster also asked questions about Nigel Farage who heads the Reform Party.
Here is what voters who voted Conservative, Reform and LibDem in the 2024 general election think of them:
To win the next election Conservatives need to pull back voters from Reform and the LibDems. Of course name recognition matters. I expect most people said "Don't know" for Mel Stride.
