I started to use UHIVE, a blockchain based social network

Few days ago I heard that Facebook is working to build a metaverse. I was curios about what metaverse means so I started to do some research. I learned that metaverse is not a new concept, and it was first coined in '92 in a science fiction novel. Metaverse is composed by the prefix "meta" (which suggest the idea of transformation) and the word "universe".

I also find out there other social networks which already has implemented the idea of metaverse. One of them is UHIVE which from the beginning was designed with the idea of Virtual Reality in mind. I joined UHIVE today!

What I like to UHIVE is that it's based on blockchain technology and rewards its users with uhive tokens. With UHIVE you can also buy spaces and NFTs, and also can sell them on the market platform. Making an analogy with Facebook, where you have a personal profile and create pages, in UHIVE both are called spaces and you own them in a form of NFTs. This is my understanding after the first day of using the network.
