A purely Ugandan delicacy here at Source of the Nile hotel in Jinja.

It has been an amazing day, I was particularly fascinated by the food here. The local cuisine has shift miles and miles from what it used to be in the olden days.

Source of the Nile hotel in Jinja district, Eastern Uganda gives some of the country's best delicacies. The local foods eaten here will leave you yearning for more. Just like Oliver twist, I said: “Sir, can I have some more.”

Of course I didn't have to ask, I just had second and third helpings. It's a free world. Who cares? Very beautiful and memorable experience.
