God didn't design for everyone to have a spiritual father. You could have accepted Christ because a woman witnessed to you. You're misinterpreting the verse. This is what it says:

(1 Corinthians 4:15 NIV) Even though you have ten thousand guardians in Christ, you do not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.
