UChain plans to help solve a few problems that currently exist in most platforms such as; peer to peer smart contract blockchain that will get rid of middle men, distribute data by storing it in encrypted form shredded and stored in many nodes that are spread accross a network all over the world, use a user credit passport that would use a proprietary credit rating Algorithm that would effectively record every user cunduct and lastly tokenize the blockchain to add user and enterprises involvement.
For such a Big project it would require a commited team with enought expertise.

With a head office already set up in Canada, the company has been continuously adding new talent to Uchain, developers, marketers, legal experts, anyone that's wants to be part of the sharing company and who can also help grow Uchain.
The top-level management is comprised of accomplished and resourceful individuals.
Ian Yu, Creator of Uchain, was a brilliant bitcoin investor in his early days at times investing in crypto-mining facilities, he was one of the people that helped create and grow DianPing.com into one of china's largest ecommerce platforms. Mr. Yu has also received many awards honoring his efforts including Entrepreneur China's CEO of the year award and the 'internet weekly's' leading product entrepreneurs of year. He also won the international double entrepreneurship new waves. Yu's main task will be to make corporate decisions, manage the operations and resources of Uchain as well as implementing the company's short term and long-term goals.
Grace Min, together with Ian Yu co-founded Uchain. She also happens to a prolific entrepreneur founding successful brands such as SG international Travel LTD and Oval Town Properties. She has also been the CEO of Dozenfresh International Trading. Grace hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and education for the Simon Fraser University in Canada. It also helps that has been an active crypto investor since 2014. Grace's life mission is to use technology to bring out innovative smart city solutions to Canada/US thereby cutting pollution, streamlining transportation and reducing the cost of living all while connecting people within the community.

How about the guy in charge of developing, articulating and continually evolving the company's strategic technical direction, Uchain's chief technical officer, Will Zhou is a pro at big data with a lot of experience building high TX/s capable transaction systems. Will has also worked as a senior engineer at Telenav, a wireless location-based services corporation developing and maintaining computer applications. He's also held unique roles at eBay, hiCTO and Dianping, working as Technical director, Technical partner and Director of technology respectively. Will is currently managing the entire tech team at U-bicycle while also developing its backend architecture. worked at eBay, Telenav, HICTO and Dianping.
Chris Tao is also one of the founding members of Uchain, and is currently the company's chief strategy officer, just in case you’re wondering what a chief strategy officer does - this one’s for you. Basically, Chris' role will be to help Ian Yu develop, sustain and execute all the corporate strategic initiatives. Chris has quite a few useful achievements that make him a crucial member to the team. Chris has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania which is one of the top business schools in the world, Elon Musk and Warren Buffett all went to Wharton. Chris worked at Microsoft as a senior enterprise strategist and a business intelligence tech lead. It was during his time there that he helped develop globally used softwares; such as office 2007, SharePoint, Lync and Dynamics CRM 4.0 projects even receiving a Microsoft top contributor award as well as a Microsoft circle of excellence. Chris also has ten years of experience working with P2P networks and distributed systems and since Uchain is planning on creating an entire P2P transaction that will handle all the platform features such as payment gateways, registering and signing in users and maps. Chris's experience will prove vital in ensuring the platform is executed properly.
The Chief product officer, Benny Liao, expert at IoT and everything crypto, has quite the portfolio having worked as a product director for big brand companies such as Gaode Map, Meizu, IPC and Alibaba's Autonavi. In terms of experience, Benny has been a senior engineer worked at Panasonic - where he worked to develop map and navigation services, during this time he was also working at Yitong Maps. He joined Autonav in 2011 as a general product manager before it was acquired for $1.5B by Alibaba. He had a brief stint Meizu as an online business manager. Benny is currently in charge of bringing smart bicycles and smart locks to life for U-Bicycle business. This will prove crucial to the company's expansion efforts into Canada, USA, china, Germany and Britain.

The lady in charge of overseeing the growth of Uchain as a brand - Chief Marketing officer, Mandy Chan.

Mandy has worked as a brand manager in charge of implementing different marketing strategies for the billion-dollar pharmaceutical company, Glaxo Smith Kline, she has also overseen the promotion of various Microsoft products in the North American and Asian markets as Microsoft’s Global Marketing manager. She is currently the head of marketing at U-bicycle and is tasked with educating their target customer on the benefits of adopting bike sharing. Benefits like saving time, alleviating the traffic crisis and environment protection etc. It's Mandy's job to get the world to not only love the U-bicycle brand but Uchain.
The Senior architect, Jason Wu. An architects job is to development and design of new software or hardware, meaning Jason's job is one of the most tasking on the top-level team, but he obviously has some sweet skills having worked at IBM. Jason was a senior developing engineer at IBM CHINA and oversaw the building and development of the Maximo system, a single system where companies can monitor and manage the entire life cycle of their enterprise assets, including facilities, communications, transportation, production and infrastructures. Jason is also a great entrepreneur in his own right, co-founding and handling tech at hiCTO - tech consultancy firm for startups and hiCircle - tech consultancy firm for enterprises. Jason also earned some experience as the head of system architecture design and development at Dianping.
Leaving the last spot for the person in charge of overall operations, Raviv Litman. Raviv has worked as the operations director of dozenfresh international trading. Raviv won the social science and humanities research council of Canada scholarship, which is hard to get
