Wife Made a Confession Video for Making a Mistake by Cheating

My question is that my wife made a confession video at her consent for making a mistake by cheating me n my kids, 3 years back explaining her entire plan which was to be executed along a male aide. Now in June she did exactly the same and filed for divorce in courts with no serious or logical proved allegations towards me. Need to ask if it is acceptable in court of law by confessing in video herself and saying that whenever I deem necessary I can use it legally.
