Do you know that sometimes it is necessary to strengthen the house with an additional pile foundation? This often happens when the house is on a slope. The walls of the house can crack. And if you do not hurry, then you can stay without housing. Also, such processes are facilitated by groundwater or swampy terrain.

In due time I rendered services to people on drilling under piles for strengthening of the bases in those places where access of technics is impossible. In other words - manual drilling. We also drilled in already dug trenches under the foundation and in other places.

I will say at once - the work infernal!

Yes, it is not cheap, but a person can cope, and technology - no. Motoburs at this depth (1,5-2,5 m) simply refuse to work, and the required diameter of the holes is 250 mm.

How do we manage to drill in this case ?, you ask.

I would say it's simple, but it's not entirely true. The technology is simple, and in itself work remains rather hard work. Naturally, in the beginning we demand a clear marking from the customer.

Then we start work with the drill, whose diameter is 150mm.

Passing to them the mark of 50-60 cm, we pass to the next hole, before filling it with water. Water softens the soil and drilling becomes more rapid. The downside is that when we get the ground with a drill - in the hole there is such a serious rarefied air. And if it's easy to pull out the 150mm dymetra itself, then at 250mm diameter of the drill - you have to grunt two people very much already. Because after 150 diameters, we begin to pass a diameter larger. Rarely there are 200, more often - 250mm. To speed up the process, we go around in a circle, that is, we drill 6-7 holes d150mm, fill it with water, and then go back to the first hole and again we drill. The same with d250mm.

This is how holes are made in the ground under the reinforcement of the house, pillars, piles in those places where the access of machinery is impossible.
