Twitter was finally able to earn

Social Site Twitter for the first time in 12 years, received a net profit. In the fourth quarter of 2017, it amounted to 91 million dollars. Until the company has completed each reporting period with losses, reports MoneyControl.

Quarterly revenue up two per cent in annual terms up to 732 million dollars. Number of users compared to the previous quarter almost unchanged, but in 2016 rose four percent to 330 million.

Twitter shares rose by 26 per cent to 33.86 USD.

The chain expanded user base and improve the system of interaction with users, added video and increased the number of characters in a tweet to 280 that attracted new people.
