Season 2 is better than season 1. And the improvements found in season 2 retroactively justify most of the flaws of season 1.

I'm hoping that’s true and that it means more practical effects as well. Wasn't awful Season 1, but some stuff like the spyglass falling out of Klaus' pocket, and the painting of Ike falling off the wall, just make me ahh...
